  • 30 mL soy sauce
  • 30 mL lime juice

  • 5 g cumin (ground)
  • 5 g smoked paprika.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken strips, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, chili powder, powdered cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the onions and bell peppers are soft and slightly browned, in the skillet.
  • Serve the chicken and veggies in warm tortillas, topped with salsa and guacamole.
