Ingredients:
- 1 whole chickenÂ
- 2 lemons, sliced.
- 4 cloves garlic, minced.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
