  • 450g skirt steak

Instructions:

  • Mix the olive oil, lime juice, oregano, cumin, and chili powder in a large bowl. Stir in the meat and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for up to 20 minutes. If time permits, you can refrigerate it for 4 hours as well. 
  • Set the grill to medium-high heat. A cast-iron skillet or fajita pan should be placed directly on a hot grill and coated with a thin layer of olive oil. Salt and pepper the onion and bell pepper before adding them. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring periodically, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Shake off any extra marinade from the steak in the interim, then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Place on grill and cook for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until the desired result appears. 10 minutes of resting time should be given before cutting.
