Ingredients

  • 450g beef sirloin thinly sliced.
  • 450g broccoli florets
  • 1 package of udon polls 
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil painting 
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced.
  • 1-inch gusto hulled and diced. 
  • 1/4 mug soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 1 tbsp sludge- bounce 
  • 1/4 mug of water 

Instructions 

  • Cook the udon polls according to package instructions and set them away.
  • In a coliseum, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sludge bounce, and water. 
  • In a wok or large skillet, toast the vegetable oil painting over high heat. 
  • Add the garlic and gusto and stir- shindig for 30 seconds. 
  • Add the beef slices and stir- shindig for 2- 3 twinkles, or until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the broccoli boutonnieres to the skillet and stir-shindig for another 2- 3 twinkles, or until tender. 
  • Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli and stir-shindig for another nanosecond, or until the sauce thickens and fleeces the beef and broccoli. 
  • Add the cooked udon polls to the skillet and toss everything together until the polls are carpeted in the sauce and hotted through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
