Instructions:

- Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
- Add curry powder, cumin, coriander, chutney, apricot jam, and white wine vinegar. Mix well.
- Add the soaked bread and raisins to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Using a different bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until they are fully combined.
- Pour the mixture of egg over the meat mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the egg custard is set and golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
