Ingredients:
- 250 g short-grain rice

- 15 g of cinnamon
- 7-8 g of ground allspice

- 60 milliliters of white vinegar

Instructions:
- Rinse the rice and lentils and cook them separately in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they become golden brown.
- Add the garlic, cumin, cinnamon, and allspice to the onions and sauté for a minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Heat it until it reaches a boiling point, then reduce the heat to low and allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a serving dish, layer the rice, lentils, and macaroni on top of each other.
- Pour the tomato sauce on top of the layered rice, lentils, and macaroni.
- Top with crispy fried onions.
