- In a separate bowl, dissolve the powdered potash in water and strain out any impurities.
- Add the palm oil to the potash mixture and stir well.
- Cut the habanero peppers and onion into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the soaked abacha, ugba, crayfish, habanero peppers, and onions.
- Pour the potash mixture over the Abacha mixture and mix well.
- Add the shredded ugu leaves and salt to taste, and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
