Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon caviar
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon full-fat cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 little bunch of shallot onions
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- Salt to taste
- Few herbs
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 2 slices of salmon
- 2 tablespoons of oil
How To Prepare This Recipe:
- Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Heat it up on a medium flame. Once heated up, put salmon over the oil. Put salt and fry it till it becomes tender. Flip the salmon and heat it again by adding some more salt. Put it in the oven at 40°.
- In another pan, heat oil on medium flame. Cut the cauliflower into thin slices and fry them to get roasted. Place it in the oven along with the salmon at 40°.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the full-fat cream and white wine. Cook it, add butter to it, and cook it again.
- Add lemon juice and caviar to this mixture. After that, add the finely chopped shallot onion. Whisk it properly.
- Put the well-baked salmon on plates and add the cauliflower.
- Pour the cooked mixture all over the salmon and cauliflower to garnish. Spread the herbs over this dish and enjoy.
