Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the lobsters in half lengthwise, starting at the head and working your way down to the tail.
- Remove and store the claws.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic-butter mixture generously over the flesh of the lobster halves.
- Place the lobster halves, flesh side down, on the grill.
- Grill the lobster for 8-10 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and slightly browned.
- While the lobster is cooking, grill the lobster claws for 5-6 minutes, or until slightly browned and cooked through.
- When the lobster and claws are done grilling, place them on a serving plate.
- Brush the remaining garlic-butter mixture over the lobster halves and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
